Mobile paper destruction!

It’s kind of obvious that these exists, but this is the first time I’ve seen one…
So this is the machinery used for destroying papers, massive amounts of paper. The machine in itself seems pretty self-explanatory, but still, cool:
And the output is huge, squares, of striped paper.
I wonder just how safe these are. Looking closer at the stripes visible from the outside of the packaging showed pieces that were around 1,5 x 5 cm in size. So, probably, they would have to be mixed up really well before packaging. That is the one big problem with most paper scredders, they don’t really mix stuff enough, they tend to put the shredded paper in neat layers, where it is easy to find matching stripes. Of course, they hopefully destroy the paper cubes in some environmental way, but that is not really often the case with ordinary office shredders, making it even more tempting for the Dumpster Diver…
